Color flatscreen Radar series The latest radar from Simrad is the highly advanced RA80/90 series, which comes in both non IMO and IMO approved versions. Simrad has utilized its strong R&D pedigree to create a “Black Box” system that offers powerful functionality, choice and ease of installation. The RA80/90 series uses a 17 inch Simrad CF monitor and a 19 inch is used in the RA90 series. Dual Station functionality is catered for using a combination of monitors and operator stations running from single scanner input.

RA90 series
The three models in the RA90 series has exactly the same features as the RA80 series but is delivered with 19” screens. This is a mandatory item for an IMO radar system. A new low cost yet highly reliable performance monitor is supplied as standard on the IMO versions (P).
